With busy hands and nary a glance up, Teresa Prater asserts, “I’d prefer to do the work that can’t be automated. It feels good at the end of the day to be able to physically see the difference that I’ve made.”

Teresa knows the impact of her work and hopes that customers will never notice. “When a student receives a laptop from Multiply, it’s my hope that she will feel like it’s brand new. If not, I’ve disappointed her.”

She scans the barcode, punches a few keys and inserts the finished machine onto a rack, now ready for a new home. “I like to think this computer is going to help someone. It’s not just a computer. It’s a valuable resource to its new owner.”

“Greatness lies not in trying to be somebody but in trying to help somebody.” ~ Unknown
