Armando sanchez, product manager
It is time for another employee feature! We are so excited to hear from Armando, our Product Manager and Notre Dame alum. Armando’s role is one of many hats, and he works closely with our software engineering team to build and create great products and experiences for our clients. Armando has been at Multiply since the summer of 2022, and his willingness to connect with others made it feel like he had always been a part of the team.
We asked Armando some questions about his team and his thoughts on our company leadership! Read on to learn about what it is like to work in Product and Engineering at Multiply, and how our leadership team sets us up to succeed.
What is it like working in the Product and Engineering Department?
Armando: The Product and Engineering team is always down to make changes and experiment. In my short time here, my teammates and I have brought ideas to the table that have been implemented quickly—like, the next day or week!
Do you think the office has a good vibe?
Armando: Yes! The office is so chill. The respect that team members have for each other allows for a great environment where we know we are doing good work. However, we don’t need to prove who is working the hardest to one another.
How would you describe our leadership team at Multiply?
Armando: Our executive team is full of visionary leaders who like to coach their employees up and put people first!
If you were explaining your job to a friend, what would you say is your favorite thing about it?
Armando: My favorite thing about my job and this team is the trust we have in one another. I also appreciate the thought and consideration we put into our goals and values. We are all bought in and moving in the same direction.
What advice would you give to someone thinking about working at Multiply?
Armando: Anyone who can work hard and be willing to have fun while doing so is going to succeed here! Team players and self starters are who we are looking for.
